He has authored 13 books covering topics from Japanese business etiquette to international negotiation strategies. His 10 e-learning products are used by multinational corporations preparing teams for work in Japan. In 2011, he received the Global HR Excellence Award at the World HRD Congress. He hosts the Japan Spirit English internet show, bridging Japanese cultural values with global business audiences.
